The Pulverize lube oil level must be check after first 50 hours of operation and oil should be changed after 500 hours of operation and then every 30,000 hours.
The oil sample at least must be taken once per year and oil analysis result must be compare with the new one for foreign material content analysis for example Fe.
Roll Wheel Check.
The grinding segment must be visually checked for crack every 30,000 hours of operation. The tires must be check every 3,000 hours of operation.
The remaining tire life can be prediction as follow
Tire Life = (Vmax - Vt) x WRaverage
Vmax = Estimated maximum amount of wear material which can be worn off a tire (cm^3).
Vt = Total volume of wear metal worn off to date (cm^3).
WRaverage = Average tire wear rate to date (hours of operation per cm^3).
Pressure Frame and Wear Plate Check

Wear Plate gap must be check, add the shim if necessary and pressure frame must be alignment check.
