Training Matery

Every good power station shoul have a good training program for each employee.

Basic theory, safety induction, pulverizer fuel code operation until trouble shooting each equipment on every area are progress on preparation by each supervisor.

Annualy all employee shoul have safety induction refreshment training and every two year on operation and maintenance departement also have pulverizer fuel code oparation refreshment training. There are so important to minimalize accident.
