Intake problem

Sand, mud, shell, and coral can be blockage at intake. Measurement periodically should be done to ensure circulating water flow is enough through condenser by head loss Bernoulli equation between sea level and intake level. For example if circulating water flow is around 120,000 m^3/h, head loss should no more than 2 m.

To prevent blockage from shell and coral, we could hypo-chlorination injection to circulating water line to prevent they growth. But we could not prevent blockage from sand or mud. We should clean up if the head loss reading already high.

Beside blockage ia inside circulating water line, problem at suction line soil covering could be done. Backfilling is for Seabed level around Intake Head too low and dredging is for Seabed level aroung Intake Intake Head too high.
