Tangential Firing

Suspension Firing
Suspension firing systems include tangential and W-flame firing patterns in both direct and indirect fired fashion.
In Suspension firing, the residence time of the fuel in the furnace is relatively short and fuel particle are not recirculation.

Tangential Firing.
It is unique flame envelope ensures thorough mixing within the furnace, providing

complete combustion and uniform heat distribution. A feature specific to tangential fired boilers is the option to regulate furnace heat absorption (for steam temperature control) by tilting the fuel and air nozzle assemblies up or down automatically. Superheat and reheat temperatures are thus controlled with minimal heat rate impact.

Low NOx Firing System.Tangential firing’s even burning characteristic and natural staging of the fuel and air help minimize NOx formation.

With many regions imposing increasingly more strict NOx emission limitations. These advanced low NOx burners utilize various fuel nozzle design and arrangements, including single or multiple over-fire air levels for maximum flexibility.
Our low NOx firing sytems utilizing tangential firing maintain stabile low NOx combustion during high turndown (low load) operation, minimizing the use of costly support fuel.
Where additional NOx reduction is required, it can incorporaye post-combustion technique utilizing either non-catalytic or catalytic reduction technologies. Our ability to optimize control NOx emission by both combustion modification (firing system design) and post-combustion technique provides cost-effective emission control.

  1. I drop a leave a response each time I especially enjoy
a post on a site or if I have something to valuable
to contribute to the discussion. It is triggered by the sincerness displayed in the post
I read. And on this post "Tangential Firing".
I was actually moved enough to create a leave a responsea response :-) I do have
2 questions for you if you usually do not mind.
Is it only me or do a few of these remarks appear like they are written by brain dead visitors?
:-P And, if you are posting at other sites, I
would like to follow everything fresh you have to
