As operator power station for ten years is very hard especially at night shift. Coffee is medicine for operator sleepy but make heart attack due to high caffein.
Civet, marten, weasel or what ever its names can make good quality of coffee.
Coffee ore from civet dropping can remove acid content from coffee and also reduce caffeine content so it is good for body.
Kopi Luwak from Indonesia that is from civet dropping too. It is very scarce in the world so very expensive, one cup of Kopi Luwak is Rp.80,000 or $8.
